The location right next to a metro station was fantastic, and I enjoyed the nice pool while sipping soft drinks from the poolside bar.

The staff at Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel were incredibly helpful, making my experience enjoyable. the breathtaking views of the city's skyline added to the charm of my stay. Its unbeatable location next to a subway station made getting around a breeze. I also appreciated having a great restaurant, a shopping mall, and supermarkets right next door. the attentive service truly made this hotel a wonderful place. I loved my stay and wished I could extend it.

We liked deluxe king room with tub. The hotel had a central setting adjacent to People's Park. It was also really close to the Hongqiao airport and numerous restaurants.

The premium room we stayed in was stylish and of great quality, and we loved having access to the club lounge, plus the location was fantastic and perfect for us, right next to a railway station.

Marvellous location in the Zhongshan Park area made it easy to get to key attractions. My deluxe twin room was silent and very well kept.

Good location, line 2 stops directly under the hotel, two escalators and you are there. Taxi from the airport can really be saved. Shopping centre also directly at the building.

Furniture in the lounge already worn out, check-in and check-out slow.

Very dedicated and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, both intercontinental and typical Chinese breakfast was offered. By the way, the cook is Swiss. Magnificent view from the hotel. The reception is located on the 25th floor.

The arrival from the airport is a little laborious because the hotel is badly signposted. First you have to go through a coffee, only then you see a signposting.

Comfortable and well-decorated rooms with separate tub and shower. Excellent customer service and immediate response to requests. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast room overcrowded, it will not be filled in time. Staff reasonably friendly. Got the smallest room in the whole hotel. Only bathtub, no shower available. A lot of staff available, very cool and distant. When checking in, young employees are overwhelmed.
